The perfect travel outfit. Blending the Modern with the Traditional. In curating this look the starting point began with the idea of the double breast jacket in the tones of Beige offset with Black and white textured local prints. In my constant play of textures and local textiles the curating of these all-time classic looks is a constant focus. The celebration of Kutch work especially seen through the many detailed endeavors of the Design consortium of “Living lightly” is an inspirational story in itself. Celebrating sustainable fashion and minimal waste using materials of the communities of the region, they have brought local craft on the forefront of many platforms.

The accent of jewelry continues with the selected choices from the House of Absynthe Design. Details of craft and celebration of detail comes together in the choices made for each accessory chosen in this look. The Grand Prix earrings showcases vintage time dials and levers used cleverly to showcase movement and science. Inspired in this range is the Victory Ring and finally the WINGED Guardian Lapel pin which finishes off the look.

And finally how can any look be complete without the celebration of footwear and the right Bag. The #Rucksack from the vintage garage collection on http://www.pelle.in/product/bagpack-rolling is very exciting with that special roll down top and long straps with the special leather wash. It allows for various options of strapping. Great for travelling with its multiple pockets and also allows for carrying a laptop if you are working on the go. Padded sections and multiple compartments allows special spaces for all your needs and can I say it’s a design that’s timeless.

How can anyone not love Paul Smith. One of the largest design houses of all time and one of my personal loves from their shoe collections, are these vintage laceups with the velvet embossed design which is the cherry on the cake for the final look book showcased. The variations in the tones and the natural textile brings its own level of attention to what is truly a pair that any Dapper man must have in their shoe trunks!
